Time Magazine’s coverage of the swine flu scare has a noticeable subplot – preparing Americans for draconian measures to combat a future pandemic as well as forcing them to accept the idea of mandatory vaccinations.

In an article entitled How to Deal with Swine Flu: Heeding the Mistakes of 1976, the piece discusses how dozens died and hundreds were injured from vaccines as a result of the 1976 swine flu fiasco, when the Ford administration attempted to use the infection of soldiers at Fort Dix as a pretext for a mass vaccination of the entire country.

Despite acknowledging that the 1976 farce was an example of “how not to handle a flu outbreak,” the article still introduces the notion that officials “may soon have to consider whether to institute draconian measures to combat the disease.”

Later we discover exactly what this will entail, namely “when to institute mass vaccination programs,” according to Howard Markel, director of the Center for the History of Medicine at the University of Michigan and a historical consultant to the CDC on flu pandemics.

Markel notes that the less politically combustible situation in America today compared to the post-Watergate era of Ford would make such draconian measures more achievable.

“Even so, he says, citizens still need to trust that the government is working for the greater good,” adds the article. “The American public has to be forgiving and patient and do their part too,” according to Markel.

Americans would indeed have to be very trustworthy and ultimately forgiving in taking a vaccine by government decree manufactured by a company that was been caught red-handed contaminating their vaccines with far deadlier viruses than swine flu.

As we reported yesterday, Baxter International confirmed over the weekend that it is working with the World Health Organization on a potential vaccine to curb the deadly swine flu virus that is blamed for scores of deaths in Mexico and has emerged as a threat in the U.S., reports the Chicago Tribune.

As reported by multiple sources last month, including the Times of India, vaccines contaminated with deadly live H5N1 avian flu virus were distributed to 18 countries last December by a lab at an Austrian branch of Baxter.

Since the probability of mixing a live virus biological weapon with vaccine material by accident is virtually impossible, this leaves no other explanation than that the contamination was a deliberate attempt to weaponize the H5N1 virus to its most potent extreme and distribute it via conventional flu vaccines to the population who would then infect others to a devastating degree as the disease went airborne.

These are the people we are supposed to “trust” and “forgive” according to Time Magazine and Markel when the federal government breaks down our door, guns drawn and dripping needle in hand.

Greece will vaccinate its entire population of 12 million against the H1N1 swine flu pandemic which has swept around the world in weeks, killing hundreds of people, the country’s health minister said on Friday.

The Mediterranean country, which receives about 15 million tourists every year, has confirmed more than 700 swine flu cases and no deaths, [mandatory vaccination of 12 million for something that hasn’t even caused one death?], but world health experts say the true number of cases globally is far higher as only a few patients get tested.

“We decided that the entire population, all citizens and residents, without any exception, will be vaccinated against the flu,” Health Minister Dimitris Avramopoulos said after a ministerial meeting.

Greece has already earmarked 40 million euros for vaccines and has placed orders with Novartis, Glaxo and Sanofi for 8 million vaccine doses, to be received gradually by January.

Vaccine experts say people will likely need two doses of vaccine to be protected from H1N1 swine flu, so Greece would need a total of 24 million doses to vaccinate its entire population. Other countries are taking similar steps.

“Greece will order 16 million more doses from the same companies in the future,” a health ministry official who declined to be named told Reuters. “We are only waiting for the European Union’s approval to start vaccinating everyone.”

The European Medicines Agency has begun reviewing pandemic flu vaccines under development, aiming to get them approved before the flu season starts, sometime in September.

The health ministry official said children, the elderly and ailing would be the first to be vaccinated.

Bear in mind, however, that the genetically engineered, weaponized Swine Flu might, as of today, according to the CDC currently be infecting as many as 100,000 Americans. What kind of pandemic is that? An organism which is infecting hundreds of thousands of people who have no symptoms, virtually no deaths (and no reason to believe that those deaths ascribed to the organism are, in fact, associated with it) is not something to vaccinate against. In order to even halfway justify calling these events a “Pandemic”, the World Health Organization changed the meaning of “Pandemic” from a widespread communicable disease condition to which people have no previous immunity and which causes widespread disease and death to, well, uh, er, a disease which is transmitted from one person to another in more than two regions of the globe but without necessary disease consequences of any significance. But which may come back more unpleasantly this fall, JUST when we have a new vaccine ready which people will be forced to take so they can be protected against a disease which just about nobody dies from and which has never been shown to be a health threat of any major consequence anywhere in the world.

In fact, to make it clear just how little credibility the CDC, WHO and vaccine mafia actually have, it is worth remembering what the MMD, the Media of Mass Deception, appears to have totally forgotten: dying from Swine Flu may actually be good for your health if you are Mexican because of the 168 people confirmed dead of H1N1 Swine Flu by the US CDC, 152 of them came back to life in a miracle of biblical proportions.

Clearly, the rush to vaccinate, and to create a “Pandemic” is a political and economic one, not based on any public health threat whatsoever.

I believe that the real danger from this weaponized agent is the possibly lethal impact of the vaccine which will be presented to you and those you are responsible for along with the political danger of loss of liberty in the mad rush to “safety” from this non-pandemic pandemic. The other danger, of course, is what will happen to people who are quarantined in internment camps and what will happen to people who live through the events which will inevitably surround the creation of a phony “Pandemic” with all its attendant militarization and abusive controls.

This outstanding article which follows by William Engdahl makes a number of important points. The rush to mandatory vaccination Swine Flu, in the UK, France, Massachusetts, NY and elsewhere for Swine Flu, a disease which may not even exist (read on!), is madness.

Vaccines are extremely dangerous. No insurance company in the world will insure against the risks inherent in vaccination and they are, in fact, characterized as uninsurable risks which a special US fund (paid for by vaccine recipients) has paid out over 2 billion dollars from to parents of children killed or maimed by vaccinations. The vast majority of vaccine damage are never compensated. The US Government has removed all potential liability from vaccine manufacturers making them totally invulnerable to legal repercussions for the dangerous and often deadly products they produce and sell at enormous profits.

In fact, vaccines are explicitly acknowledged not to protect against the diseases they supposedly are designed to prevent (read the Package Inserts for vaccines, available on line and in your doctors’ offices if you doubt that) and often to result in the very disease to which they are supposed to make you immune.

Vaccines are, however immensely, enormously and hideously profitable, however and so the Pharmaceutical Cartel, with virtually limitless amounts of money to bribe legislators and regulators (pretty inexpensive, all in all) and buy science (moderately expensive), public opinion (about 4 billion dollars a year) has bought for itself and its deadly products a respectability it does not deserve for products which should, in a rational society, be banned forever.

Vaccines are not automatically either safe or effective. In fact, they have never been scientifically found to be either safe OR effective. For that reason, the Natural Solutions Foundation has submitted a Citizens Petition (a law suit against the Government) to the Federal Trade Commission to compel them to prohibit advertising across state lines or via other channels which they control which suggests or implies that vaccines and their components have been found to be safe, effective or both.

Public health is, as William Engdahl points out, being militarized. We therefore ask you to join us in urging decision-makers to rescind their dangerous, potentially lethal, rush to compulsory vaccination and involuntary quarantine for those who refuse vaccination with the far saner, safer and infinitely more freedom-saving option of self quarantine. Instead of being forcibly detained for an indefinite period, self-quarantine allows you to protect yourself while staying at home, eating foods you have stockpiled for such an eventuality in your own surroundings, able to communicate with friends, family, etc.

Militarization of public health in the case of emergency is now official

According to CNN, the Pentagon is "to establish regional teams of military personnel to assist civilian authorities in the event of a significant outbreak of the H1N1 virus this fall, according to Defense Department officials." [800 death worldwide justifies military mobilization of the military?]

"The proposal is awaiting final approval from Defense Secretary Robert Gates.

The officials would not be identified because the proposal from U.S. Northern Command's Gen. Victor Renuart has not been approved by the secretary.
The plan calls for military task forces to work in conjunction with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. There is no final decision on how the military effort would be manned, but one source said it would likely include personnel from all branches of the military.

It has yet to be determined how many troops would be needed and whether they would come from the active duty or the National Guard and Reserve forces.

Civilian authorities would lead any relief efforts in the event of a major outbreak, the official said. The military, as they would for a natural disaster or other significant emergency situation, could provide support and fulfill any tasks that civilian authorities could not, such as air transport or testing of large numbers of viral samples from infected patients.

As a first step, Gates is being asked to sign a so-called "execution order" that would authorize the military to begin to conduct the detailed planning to execute the proposed plan.

Orders to deploy actual forces would be reviewed later, depending on how much of a health threat the flu poses this fall, the officials said." (CNN, Military planning for possible H1N1 outbreak, July 2009, emphasis added)

The implications are far-reaching.

The decision points towards the militarization of civilian institutions, including law enforcement and public health.

A nationwide vaccination program is already planned for the Fall.

The pharmaceutical industry is slated to deliver 160 million vaccine doses by the Fall, enough doses to vaccinate more than half of America's population.

The Pentagon is already planning on the number of troops to be deployed, with a view to supporting a mass vaccination program.

It is worth noting that this involvement of the military is not being decided by the President, but by the Secretary of Defense, which suggests that the Pentagon is, in a key issue of national interest, overriding the President and Commander in Chief. The US Congress has not been consulted on the issue.

This decision to mobilise the Armed Forces in the vaccination campaign is taken in anticipation of a national emergency. Although no national emergency has been called, the presumption is that a national public health emergency will occur, using the WHO Level 6 Pandemic as a pretext and a justification.

Other countries, including Canada, the UK and France may follow suit, calling upon their Armed Forces to play a role in support of the H1N1 vaccination program.

US Northern Command

Much of the groundwork for the intervention of the military has already been established. There are indications that these "regional teams" have already been established under USNORTHCOM, which has been involved in preparedness training and planning in the case of a flu pandemic (See U.S. Northern Command - Avian Flu. Within the broader framework of "Disaster Relief", Northern Command has, in the course of the last two years, defined a mandate in the eventuality of a public health emergency or a flu pandemic. The emphasis is on the militarization of public health whereby NORTHCOM would oversee the activities of civilian institutions involved in health related services.

According Brig. Gen. “Also, the United States in 1918 had the Spanish influenza. We were the ones who had the largest response to [a pandemic] in more recent history. So I discussed what we did then, what we expect to have happen now and the numbers that we would expect in a pandemic influenza.”

The potential number of fatalities in the United States in a modern pandemic influenza could reach nearly two million, according to Felderman. Not only would the nation’s economy suffer, but the Department of Defense would still have to be ready and able to protect and defend the country and provide support of civil authorities in disaster situations. While virtually every aspect of society would be affected, “the implications for Northern Command will be very significant.”

“[A pandemic would have] a huge economic impact, in addition to the defense-of-our-nation impact,” Felderman said. The United States isn’t alone in preparing for such a potential catastrophe. (Gail Braymen, op cit)

Apart from the CNN dispatch and a FOX news report, there has been virtually no mainstream press coverage of this issue. No statement has been made by USNORTHCOM. The Fox New Report suggests that US troops would be involved in organising military quarantines (see videoclip below).

Action to stop the distribution of Baxter vaccines in Germany is gathering pace after the German government announced an order for 50 million doses of H1N1 “swine flu” shots following WHO’s “recommendation” to its 194 signatory states to carry out mandatory vaccinations.

In a pandemic emergency, WHO has the authority to instruct governments to carry out mandatory vaccinations. Such a global emergency situation is anticipated in autumn when a second, much more lethal wave of the “swine flu” emerges [How can you anticipate a second, much more lethal wave of the "swine flu"?].

According to MM news, a third of the German population is to be given the H1N1 shot in two doses with “important people”, including medical personnel, and pregnant women being among the “priority” group.

However, there is growing criticism of the mass vaccination plan. A formal application has been made to have Baxter’s licence to distribute vaccines withdrawn given the criminal investigation in Austria, and criminal charges could be filed as early as next week.

Unless you live on Planet Zod (somewhere the other side of the galaxy), you will know there is growing international concern, amounting almost to panic, that we are facing a deadly worldwide pandemic of swine flu. The actual figures, as of today Apr. 27th, are: 1,614 cases and 103 deaths (not all confirmed as swine flu).

After years of trying to will into existence a pandemic of avian flu, the media loonies have finally got what they wanted: something to scream and wring their hands about, trying to induce fear and despair in the population they seek to mind-control.

There is nothing the media likes more than fear and panic. They try to create it, every day, in the news and on television. Living here in the USA, I laugh sometimes. If there is nothing to be scared of that day, they drag up past miseries, instead of saying “It’s been a great day folks. Go home and sleep peacefully”.

In the hurricane season, if nothing is blowing in, they run stories of past hurricanes, over and over and over, just in case the population should relax and start to behave normally.

That said, the media in the USA is almost totally censored by control from the owners. The population is told there are dangers and threats on every hand. They are NOT told that most of this hysteria is full-on lies and counterfeit stories. They are CERTAINLY not told that there are plenty of solutions to the dangers posed.

What lies hidden, covered up by your leaders, can certainly cause trouble and even kill you.

US vaccine manufacturers bio-terrorists?

Now, nobody here is being told that the present “outbreak” of ‘flu was deliberately engineered by a US pharmaceutical company. Baxter International Inc. were caught on the brink of starting an avian flu “pandemic,” by distributing flu vaccines contaminated with H5N1 avian flu virus to 18 countries last December.

It was only by providence that the batch was first tested on ferrets in the Czech Republic, before being shipped out for injection into humans. The ferrets all died and the shocking discovery was made.

H5N1 is a strain of avian flu virus classed as a bio-terrorism agent, as it has a kill ratio of 60%. If they had gone into full human inoculation procedures—and well they might—they would have perpetrated the biggest crime against humanity ever to take place. The scale would make Hiroshima, genocide and the Holocaust seem like schoolboy pranks.

By the way, it is impossible and almost inconceivable, that the vaccines could have been “accidentally” contaminated. You will hear that as an excuse, I’m sure, and the government will back them—because the government also has dirty fingers (I’m referring to the previous administration, which spent most of its term in office trying to create the myth of a flu pandemic and putting in place severe population control methods to coerce the masses into doing what they are told).

The fact is, that if Baxter has such dirty cross-contamination techniques, they are not fit to produce pig food, never mind vaccines for inoculation into human beings. Yet they are now snooping around the back door and asking for samples of the virus—so they can make up more vaccine and get more profits. What?

Why should Baxter be trusted, when they have already been proven to be at the very least criminally negligent, and at worst a prime suspect in attempting to carry off one of the most heinous crimes in the history of mankind?

The company has already put the safety of the entire human race at risk, and now, just a few weeks later, we’re expected to invest our confidence in them and take their shots with a smile and keep quiet?

As Mike Adams, The Health Ranger, has commented, “If you mail an envelope full of anthrax to your Senator, you get arrested as a terrorist. So why is Baxter — which mailed samples of a far more deadly viral strain to labs around the world — getting away with saying, essentially, ‘Oops?’”

A Bigger Conspiracy

Along with total silence and connivance from the US government about Baxter’s criminal intent (or negligence), the controlled US press has been totally unwilling to talk about this story or investigate it. All they bleat about is the coming pandemic and the fear it generates.

Yet in other countries, this shocking revelation is being freely talked about.

Not only that, but there is the whisper of a mass extermination agenda. People are asking: is this a blatant attempt to reduce the world’s population by over 50%?

It would suit the elite—but, of course, not the billions of dead people, if such a scenario could be truly engineered.

And while I am talking about engineered, let me tell you something TOTALLY SHOCKING that puts the whole thing into the right perspective…

The scores of people who have so far died in Mexico were killed by a strange virus that has bits of genetic material from swine flu, avian flu and human flu, consisting of an intercontinental mix of viruses from North America, Europe and Asia. This is odd, to say the least.

Scientists said the virus combines genetic material from pigs, birds and humans in a way researchers have not seen before. The official view states that despite mutations which are considered normal, viruses ‘rarely’ pass from one species of animal to another. So how could this swine flu manage to traverse the boundaries of humans, birds and pigs all by itself?

“We are very, very concerned,” World Health Organization spokesman Thomas Abraham said. “We have what appears to be a novel virus and it has spread from human to human,” he said. Flu DNA does mix but such an unusual combination does raise the likelihood that it is an artificial virus—perhaps derived from the Baxter vaccine, released only weeks before.

I didn’t believe the stories of deliberately manufactured AIDS disease: but I have no choice, as a scientist, except to grasp the fact that in this outbreak could have been caused when somebody deliberately released a contrived artificial virus into the population.

I mean, maybe the Baxter story is just a ruse, a device, to deflect attention from the fact that the power elite are working on this program and have just ordered the release of this “mass extermination” agent. Not that I am saying that Baxter might be innocent; goofs of such magnitude are criminal, not merely a slip up.

But this story already smacks of dirty, dark hidden layers upon layers, and I doubt very much that the Baxter plot is any more than the tip of a very nasty iceberg.

Meanwhile, if there is a high-up conspiracy, President Obama doesn’t seem to be in on it. On Apr. 16th Obama was received at Mexico’s anthropology museum in Mexico City by Felipe Solis, a distinguished archeologist, who died the following day from symptoms similar to flu.

The president seems to have been closer to contact with the mutant virus than almost anyone else in the USA!

In fact the really paranoid among us might even wonder if this was an elaborate attempt to assassinate him. It remains a rather strange “coincidence” that it all started on ground zero, right where he was visiting.

So, here’s how to decode the official dissembling and the media hysteria

Item #1. Somebody, somewhere wants this pandemic. It’s been pushed for years and the fact that the dangerous virus is now an engineered mix of strains does not alter this fact.

Item #2. The response will be totally unscientific, not based on sound medical reasoning but based on a manipulative and evil political agenda.

Item #3. Somebody wants the dollars. That means worthless vaccines will be forced on the population as a response. It may even come to the point where the population is forced, at gunpoint, to accept a dangerous and quite ineffective vaccine, because big shots like Rumsfeld have shares in the vaccine company.

Item #4. The Bush administration prepared the ground for an avian flu “pandemic,” calling it “inevitable”, although in order to even jump from human to human, the virus would have to have mutated (or “evolved”) in a very specific way—a totally unpredictable event. So how could they know about it in advance?

Well, they could if they CAUSED it to happen. One might draw the conclusion that the government was working on that very mutation, and were going to release it soon. That’s how they knew…

Item #5. This is a tool for further restrictions of freedom. Regulations have been set in place so that, should the government declare a pandemic, vaccinations could become mandatory; if refused, the person would be "quarantined," which, of course, means imprisoned (you have wonder why so MANY new prisons are being rapidly built in the US, when there is no corresponding increase in crime statistics).

Committed anti-establishment figures seem to have a way of dying suddenly and conveniently in US prisons. It could be a pre-planned way to get rid of political troublemakers. Deaths will be blamed on the fact they didn’t get the vaccine in time.

Anyone who stands in the way of profits for Big Pharma is obviously, by definition, politically undesirable.

Item #6. The mandatory vaccine, in this Hell scenario, would become a further source of the disease, not a protection against it. If the depopulation agenda has been set in motion, instead of the pandemic being controlled, it will be fanned. The vaccine will infect healthy people. Figures will rise rapidly. Deaths will soon be out of control.

2) According to CNN, the Pentagon is to establish regional teams of military personnel to assist civilian authorities in the event of a significant outbreak of the H1N1 virus this fall, according to Defense Department officials.

3) The decision points towards the militarization of civilian institutions, including law enforcement and public health.

4) A nationwide mandatory vaccination program is already planned for the Fall.

5) The involvement of the military is not being decided by the President, but by the Secretary of Defense

6) This decision to mobilize the Armed Forces in the vaccination campaign is taken in anticipation of a national emergency.

7) the presumption is that a national public health emergency will occur, using the WHO Level 6 Pandemic as a pretext and a justification.

8) Other countries, including Canada, the UK and France may follow suit, calling upon their Armed Forces to play a role in support of the H1N1 vaccination program.

Baxter International Inc

1) Baxter International Inc was caught on the brink of starting an avian flu "pandemic," by distributing flu vaccines contaminated with H5N1 avian flu virus to 18 countries last December.

2) In a stroke of luck, the batch of Baxter flu vaccines was first tested on ferrets in the Czech Republic, before being shipped out for injection into humans. The ferrets all died and the shocking discovery was made.

3) H5N1 is a strain of avian flu virus classed as a bio-terrorism agent, as it has a kill ratio of 60%. If they had gone into full human inoculation procedures-and well they might-they would have perpetrated the biggest crime against humanity ever to take place.

4) it is impossible and almost inconceivable, that the vaccines could have been "accidentally" contaminated.

5) Along with total silence and connivance from the US government about Baxter's criminal intent (or negligence), the controlled US press has been totally unwilling to talk about this story or investigate it.

6) Action to stop the distribution of Baxter vaccines in Germany is gathering pace after the German government announced an order for 50 million doses of H1N1 "swine flu" shots following WHO's "recommendation" to its 194 signatory states to carry out mandatory vaccinations.

7) A formal application has been made to have Baxter's licence to distribute vaccines withdrawn given the criminal investigation in Austria, and criminal charges could be filed as early as next week.

Artificial Virus?

1) Scientists said the virus combines genetic material from pigs, birds and humans in a way researchers have not seen before. Viruses 'rarely' pass from one species of animal to another. So how could this swine flu manage to traverse the boundaries of humans, birds and pigs all by itself?

2) Flu DNA does mix but such an unusual combination does raise the likelihood that it is an artificial virus-perhaps derived from the Baxter vaccine, released only weeks before.

3) This outbreak could have been caused when somebody deliberately released a contrived artificial virus into the population.


Conclusion: There are some truly frightening conspiracy theories going around the web. Unfortunately, there is a lot of evidence to support these theories.

Suspicious timing

The decision to mobilize the Armed Forces in the vaccination campaign is taken in anticipation of a national emergency. As anyone who has been reading my blog knows, I have also been anticipating a national emergency this fall due to financial reasons. Is the swine flu being used as a pretext to mobilize the military in anticipation of a dollar collapse?

Suspicious Pandemic

The swine flu “Pandemic” is suspicious for several reasons:

A) The response (mandatory vaccinations of the entire population) seem disproportion to the threat.
B) Swine flu could be an artificial virus.
C) Baxter International Inc nearly distributed a flu vaccine contaminated with an avian flu virus classed as a bio-terrorism agent, with kill ratio of 60%.

D) Why the hell does the pentagon have to deploy troops to support of a nationwide vaccination?


I would not get a swine flu shot this September until things become clearer.
