I'm grateful for you efforts in laying ever...</title><content type='html'>Eric-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m grateful for you efforts in laying everything out in a clear, logical, and rational manner. It&amp;#39;s not easy to put all of these pieces together, and I believe that you&amp;#39;re doing a great job.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is one piece missing from your analysis, which is critical. That is, at what point in this process does mass hysteria take effect, and what affect will it have? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here in Phoenix, AZ a few years ago, a major gas pipeline broke causing gas shortages for just a couple days. People were already starting to hoard gasoline, lines formed at gas stations, and physical altercations broke out. That happened after a gas shortage of a very short time!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What will happen if there are FOOD shortages? How long are those shortages possibly going to last? 3 days? 1 month? 3 months? Longer? If it happens on a large scale, can the police do anything?
