Everyone I know said China would never h...</title><content type='html'>FINALLY!  Everyone I know said China would never have its own market, and that the Chinese government would never allow its currency to appreciate because they don't want their citizens to be rich (I do somewhat agree that the Chinese government doesn't want rich citizens, but freedom and prosperity have a way of expanding).  However, it's so obvious that at some point the Chinese government will allow their currency to rise because they aren't so stupid as to give us a free subsidy forever.  At some point they will be sick of buying our bonds and losing money via inflation.  I can't wait until they let their currency appreciate...I may not be able to buy anything, but my student loans will effectively be nil.
