You're ignoring the main point: the yuan is NOT CONVERTIBLE. I do international business and although I have no problem dealing in USD, EUR, HKD, JPY, taking Yuan is a dead-end because you're stuck with it. Not to mention the fact that communist countries have a poor record of currency stability. It's reasonable to assume the EUR, JPY, USD will not collapse; with the yuan it's a much riskier bet.

Focus on the reality of the situation and stop pretending the Yuan is something it isn't. I don't like the current Fed pump & dump any more than you do, but that's no reason to spread disinformation about the status of currencies.

Wow! This sure is major news.
The Chinese Yuan is going to skyrocket.
In the long term, this will help America and the rest of the world to get rid of the dependency on cheap Chinese goods. I think that all my clothes are from China...

Now, interms of energy US consumes 21 barrels, Eurozone 15,china 7 , japan 5 and russia 3.
