Sure, things are tight and no one is making any money, but there is no disaster to speak of.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yet, every OK county is listed as a disaster area on the us govt site.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hmmmm.... Is this a way for Obama to be kind to farmers?
